We gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date. We will process your return of merchandise within one week from the time we received the returned merchandise. Your item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you need the receipt or proof of purchase to qualify for a return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, they buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Upon accepting your return, the above address is where you should send your returns for a full product refund or exchange of similar item excluding the return shipping costs which will go to your original form of payment that you used when you purchased the original items from our store. We will only receive merchandise with prior approval of the return request.

Damages and Issues:

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

• The quickest way to secure your desired item is to return the one you have. After accepting your return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

• If you ship the merchandise to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification.
