Order Management:


All placed orders will be honored, and cancellations are generally not accepted. If a cancellation is possible, a 15% restocking charge will apply to cover transaction fees.



Processing Time:


Order processing typically takes between 2-8 business days. Delivery within the business days is estimated to be between 5 to 12 days from the shipment date. Please note that winter weather in the Midwest may cause delays of 1-2 days.



Shipping Times:


Our warehouses are located in various places. While many items ship within 1-4 business days, some may take 7-12 business days. Shipping times for specific items are now included in the product description. These time frames are approximate, and occasional delays may occur. Carrier delays are beyond our control.

For international shipments, duty fees or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do ship to Canada, and customers are advised to be aware of any associated charges.



International Shipping Costs:


Free shipping codes earned through our Loyalty program apply only to US shipping costs and are automatically deducted from the total order. International shipping will be charged at the full cost.
