At Express Women’s Fashion Outlet, we commit to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will credit your account or exchange the item. Return the item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, and include your Packing Slip in the envelope. We refund the item’s value and any tax we charged. If your order consists of a gift and you return the purchased items, please return the gift, or we will deduct its value from your refund. We do not refund original order shipping charges.

Order Management: We honor all placed orders and do not accept cancellations. However, if cancellation is feasible, we apply a 15% restocking fee to cover transaction fees.

Processing Time: Orders enter processing within 2-8 business days. We estimate delivery to be between 5 and 12 business days from shipment. Please note that winter conditions in the Midwest may lead to 1-2 day delays.

Shipping Times: We ship our products from various warehouses. Many items ship within 1-4 business days, while others may take 7-12 business days. We include the estimated shipping times for individual items in the product descriptions. These are approximate timelines, and sometimes, unforeseeable delays may occur. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by carriers.
